Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Flojek planner.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Below is everything you need to know.

 

✅ Eligibility for Returns

The following conditions must be met to qualify for a return:

  • The planner must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

📦 Return Shipping

  • You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as FLOJEK cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

 

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
